About Me

My name is Ken Thompson. I am a web developer currently employed at and enrolled in the University of Minnesota where I am pursuing a bachelors degree in computer science. I like to consider myself a rare find with my background having a combination of programming, information architecture, and design though I believe people like me are becoming more common. I have always had a talent for problem solving. This makes my field a perfect fit since problem solving is about 75% of the work.

A minimalist at heart I always try to get the most done with as little work (replace with design, words, code where applicable) as possible. This usually translates to a better experience for myself and my clients. Speaking of clients, I am available for work if you're looking to hire me

Hi, perhaps this post may be off topic but anyhow, I’ve been surfing around your blog and it seems really cool. It is obvious that you know the subject and you are fervent about it. Thanks
Pretty good post. I just stumbled upon your blog and wanted to say that I have really enjoyed reading your blog posts. Any way I'll be subscribing to your feed and I hope you post again soon.
Good stuff
When do you suppose you will update with another entry comparable this. I feel that whole subject of SEM/SEO/Social Network needs to get noticed to a greater extent.
